Terry made the experience as easy as he could providing all the information needed even when we didn’t know we needed it. On the evening of November 2, 2022, my wife, Mary Watson passed away suddenly while we were vacationing in NW Georgia. My daughter selected Heritage after a long distance call with Curtis Ottinger and I met with Stephanie Winkle-Miller the next afternoon to arrange for cremation services. I am still deeply awed by Stephanie's genuine care and concern in meeting the sudden needs of my family. Her absolute professionalism was a great comfort to me in a time of profound transition and she kept me continuously informed of Mary's cremation arrangements and associated preparations with the Medical Examiner and Tennessee Department of Health. On November 8, 2022, I returned to Heritage to pick up Mary's cremains and records where I had the blessing of meeting with Curtis and Don Wilson. I shall never forget Don carrying Mary to my car and the gentle dignity as he so carefully wrapped her cremains and strapped her into her seat for the long trip home to southwest Louisiana that morning. I will be forever grateful for the amazing service I received from Stephanie, Curtis, Don and other staff. Although I don't I live in the Chattanooga area, I have no reservations whatsoever in personally recommending Heritage to anyone in need of their excellent services. It is truly the best.  The staff went above and beyond to help my children and myself go thru the hardest days of our lives.  Time will pass but we will never forget the kindness shown to us by Curtis and the wonderful staff at East Brainerd Chapel of Heritage.

I have had the priviledge to use the services of Heritage in the past and once again they went above and beyond for our family.- Its better than ever. I have known Curtis Ottinger for many years and he is absolutely amazing.  He, along with his staff, care about the community and the families they serve.  I will tell others of my experience and should the need arise again , I can assure you that Heritage will be my choice.

The staff was so attentive to our needs and provided the service that we wanted to fully commemorate the life of mother. The casket, flowers and memorial tribute provided by Heritage was just beautiful.
