William "Al" Johnson, III

William “Al” Johnson, III, age 64, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022.

Mr. Johnson was born in Chattanooga, TN, on January 1, 1958, the son of the late William Alfred Johnson, II and Emily Little Johnson. He proudly served in the United States Army. Mr. Johnson worked many years with Ferguson Enterprises and Modern Supply. He was an avid UT fan and never met a stranger. In addition to his parents, Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Alice Little; first wife, Katie Dalton Johnson and his dog, Littlebit.

Survivors include his wife, Jane Johnson, to whom he was married on October 27, 2012; a grandson, Tyler Cunningham; a brother, George Johnson (Lisa); a sister, Eve Johnson (Ashley); and a dog, Daisy.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 1:00 P.M., Heritage Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens West.

The family will receive friends Thursday from noon until the service hour at Heritage Funeral Home.
